Dear Customer, in accordance with current legislation on privacy, and in relation to personal data which the study will come into our possession, we inform you as follows:
1. Purposes of the data processing -The treatment is aimed solely at the correct and complete execution of the professional received, both in judicial and extra-judicial.

Mode of the data processing - The treatment is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 paragraph 1. a): collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.

c) The treatment is done by the owner and / or persons in charge of the treatment.
3. Provision of data -The conferral of common personal data and sensitive records is necessary for the purposes of conducting the activities referred to in paragraph 1.
4. Refusal to provide data - Refusal by the individual to give personal data in the case referred to in paragraph 3 makes it impossible to perform the activities referred to in paragraph 1.
5. Communication of data - Personal data may be disclosed to those responsible for treatment and may be disclosed for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 to external collaborators, stakeholders in the justice sector, counterparties and their defenders, to arbitration and, general, all those to whom the communication is necessary for the proper fulfillment of the purposes mentioned in paragraph 1.
6. Dissemination of data - Data are not subject to disclosure. European Union and to countries outside the European Union for the purposes referred to in point 1.
7. Rights of - Article. 7 T.U. gives the exercise of certain rights, including the right to obtain, from the confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and their providing in an intelligible form, the person concerned has the right to know the origin data, the purposes and methods of treatment, the logic applied to the processing, the identity of the owner and the persons to whom the data may be communicated after the person concerned has the right to obtain the updating, rectification and integration data, the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, the holder has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data.
